About This Project
Full removal and replacement of a failed EPDM system on a 3-storey mixed-use building. We installed 60-mil TPO with a fully adhered system over new polyiso insulation to bring the R-value up to current code. Drain locations were reconfigured to eliminate two chronic ponding areas that had been a recurring problem for the building owner.
