About This Project
Full tear-off and replacement on a 1960s Glenora two-storey. The original three-tab shingles had significant granule loss and multiple failed patches. We removed three layers of old roofing before installing new decking, ice & water shield, and IKO Cambridge in Charcoal. The ridge line was straightened and two new vents were added to improve attic circulation.
