About This Project
Full replacement with solar installation coordination. The homeowners had contracted with a solar company and wanted the roof done first on a schedule that aligned with panel installation. We reinforced three rafter sections on the south slope to handle panel load, installed solar-specific flashing at the planned mounting points, and finished two days before the solar crew arrived.
